Damp and mould disrepair Manager

We are currently recruiting for a Damp, Mould and Legal Disrepair Manager to join our team. We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in managing damp and mould cases alongside legal disrepair. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has experience leading these services and delivering high-quality outcomes. We would also consider applications from a current Supervisor who has significant experience in damp and mould and legal disrepair and is looking to take the next step in their career. Key Requirements: Proven experience managing or supervising damp and mould and legal disrepair cases. Strong knowledge of housing maintenance and repairs. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Ability to lead teams and drive performance.
