Damp and Mould Surveyor

Hybrid working, mileage, and impact - all in one surveying role!I am looking for a Damp and Mould Surveyor who is immediately available to work in Birmingham for a housing association. The Damp and Mould Surveyor will be responsible for carrying out damp and mould surveys over a 12 month fixed term. Hybrid working and mileage will be provided.Duties of the Damp and Mould Surveyor: General day-to-day maintenance.Reactive maintenance and damp and mould surveysScheduling day to day repairs.Identify the root cause and oversee trades on site carrying out repairs Damp and Mould Surveyor essentials:Experience in diagnosing repairs and undertaking repairs surveys to residential propertiesAbility to work at pace and adapt to change.Experience within social housing. Experience with carrying out damp and mould surveys.
