Damp and Mould Surveyor

Hybrid working, mileage, and impact - all in one surveying role!

I am looking for a Damp and Mould Surveyor who is immediately available to work in Birmingham for a housing association. The Damp and Mould Surveyor will be responsible for carrying out damp and mould surveys over a 12 month fixed term. Hybrid working and mileage will be provided.

Duties of the Damp and Mould Surveyor:

• General day-to-day maintenance.
• Reactive maintenance and damp and mould surveys
• Scheduling day to day repairs.
• Identify the root cause and oversee trades on site carrying out repairs

Damp and Mould Surveyor essentials:

• Experience in diagnosing repairs and undertaking repairs surveys to residential properties
• Ability to work at pace and adapt to change.
• Experience within social housing.
• Experience with carrying out damp and mould surveys.
