Job Description: Customer Validation and Master Data Representative Contract Length: 12 monthsHours: 37 hours per weekWork Location: Onsite (Sandwich or Walton Oaks)Pay rate: up to £23p/h ROLE PURPOSE The Customer Validation and Master Data Representative plays a vital role in the Customer Account and Supply Management function within Global Supply Chain. This team collaborates with internal and external partners to ensure the secure, compliant, and timely supply of medicines. The role supports the Customer Account and Supply Management Manager to ensure customer master data, validations, and associated processes are executed accurately and efficiently. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Customer Account Set-Up and Master Data Maintenance Validate new customer account requests and updates.Create and amend customer master data in SAP.Communicate with customers to obtain missing details.Maintain clear records for audit compliance. Customer Query Resolution Respond to internal and external enquiries.Collaborate with partners to resolve issues.Maintain service levels and customer satisfaction. Periodic Customer Revalidations Conduct scheduled revalidations following SOP timelines.Complete required updates and maintain accurate records. Licensing and Regulatory Validation Perform periodic checks to avoid supplying unlicensed premises.Track licence changes and follow up with customers.Ensure compliance with GDP requirements.
