Customer Validation and Master Data Representative

Talentmark are recruiting for a Customer Validation and Master data representative to join a company in the pharmaceutical industry on a contract basis for 12 months. Salary: 23.88 per day or 30.91 per hour Customer Validation and Master data role:Customer account set-up and data maintenance in SAPResolve both internal and external queries about customers'' account master dataResolve system issues through monitoring of account data between client and customerKeeping an eye to continuous improvement, becoming subject matter expert on system processManaging team mailbox, filing and records managementYour Background:Secondary education level, including GCSE or equivalent in maths and English.Customer service experience in handling challenging customer queries and complaints via telephone.Preferred business to business experience.Good level of general IT skills, including MS Office.
