Job opportunity: Remote Care Technical Support SpecialistLocation: SolihullSalary: £ 27,300 per annumContract type: 12 monthsHours: 37.5 hours per week (Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 4:00) Need to have an own carSection 1: Purpose of the jobWorks in a call center environment under supervision on defined work assignments while following established proceduresExercises basic customer service and technical skills in response to remote monitoring inquiries and complaints from health care professionals, client field personnel, patients, and various internal departmentsSection 2: Roles and responsibilitiesIs readily available to callers to respond and to document inquiries regarding technical questions, issues and/or complaints, as well as adverse events by identifying and collecting relevant information from callersDocuments all product contacts via active and clear notetaking. Prepares Field Contact Reports (FCRs) and forwards them to the Product Performance Group per department policiesAdheres to Abbott company policies, operating procedures and work instructions, including time management, attendance, product experience reporting, and patient data privacyMaintains professional, positive and cooperative communications and collaboration with all levels of employees, customers, contractors, and vendorsResponsibilities for all functions:This job description is intended to describe the general nature and level of the work being performed by people assigned to this work.
