If you''re seeking a company that champions collaboration, long-term growth, and ambition - this could be the perfect fit!Key Responsibilities:Respond to complaints and queries from key account customers, ensuring timely resolution within SLAs.Make commercial decisions to resolve issues in a cost-effective manner.Build and maintain strong professional relationships to ensure customer satisfaction while aligning with business goals.Identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to process enhancements.Log all customer interactions in the CRM and maintain a business plan to drive performance.Collaborate with internal departments to resolve service issues.Manage replacement orders and bespoke reporting for key accounts.Oversee backorder and stock reallocation processes.Meet departmental KPIs and service standards.Regularly review performance with your manager to ensure targets are met.Provide support to other team members when needed.Skills and Experience ..... full job details .....
