As part of their growth plans, they are looking for someone to become the first point of contact for customers - the person they turn to with questions, and the person who helps them get the most out of the products.

What you'll be doing
You'll be liaising directly with the scientists and researchers performing Raman, FTIR, X-ray diffraction, and general optical microscopy. It’ll be your job to understand what they need and helping shape the right solution for them. 

No two days will look the same - one moment you might be talking a customer through a technical query, the next you're following up on an enquiry, training a distributor, or gathering market insight that feeds back into the business. 

What we're looking for

• A degree in a relevant scientific or technical field such as engineering or physics
• A couple of years' experience in technical sales
• A scientific mind, an inquisitive nature, and a genuine love of talking to people - this role rewards curiosity as much as it does commercial instinct
• Full UK driving licence and the right to work in the UK
