We''re looking for a Customer Support Coordinator to join our friendly operations team and help deliver an outstanding aftercare experience to our customers.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys solving problems, working with people and wants to build a long-term career in one of the UK''s fastest-growing industries.About the RoleYou''ll be the first point of contact for customers once their renewable energy system has been installed. Whether they''re getting set up, have a technical question or need support resolving an issue, you''ll ensure they receive a professional, friendly and efficient service from start to finish.Working closely with our operations team, installers and manufacturers, you''ll coordinate support requests, keep customers informed throughout the process and help ensure every issue is resolved as quickly as possible.What You''ll Be Doing:Managing incoming customer enquiries and support tickets relating to solar PV and battery storage systemsAssisting customers with system setup and basic troubleshootingRaising and managing warranty claims (RMAs) ..... full job details .....
