Customer Support Coordinator

Peterborough

£26,000 + Annual Bonus, Private Healthcare, 26 Days Holiday (+ Bank Holidays), Pension and more.

Hours either 8-4:30 or 9-5:30, full time on site.

The role

You'll be at the heart of the operation, acting as the link between customers, field engineers and internal teams to ensure installations, repairs and service requests run as smoothly as possible.

 

Whether you're speaking to a customer who's experiencing Wi-Fi issues, coordinating engineer schedules, managing installation diaries or keeping customers updated throughout the process, you'll play a key role in making sure every job is delivered on time and with a great customer experience.

 

No two days are quite the same. You'll be juggling multiple priorities, responding to changing schedules and working closely with colleagues across the business to keep everything moving. If you enjoy being organised, solving problems and keeping people informed, you'll thrive here.

 

The business is also keen to hear ideas. If you spot ways to improve processes or make things run more efficiently, you'll be encouraged to speak up and contribute.

 

We're open on background. You might currently work in customer service, scheduling, service coordination, telecoms, engineering support, housing, utilities or another fast-paced environment where organisation and communication are key.

 

What's more important is your attitude.

 

We're looking for someone who enjoys helping people, communicates confidently, stays calm under pressure and can keep multiple tasks moving at once. You'll also be comfortable using different IT systems and be confident picking up new technology as you learn the role.
