Customer Support and Retail Assistant Location: Welham Green, Hertfordshire Salary: 28k Hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm Monday to Friday, with 30-minute lunch break. Saturdays on a rota basis. Due to continued growth and increased demand, they are looking for a reliable and hands-on Customer Support and Operations Assistant to join their busy team in Welham Green. The Role This is a varied customer-facing position involving both customer service and practical operational duties. The successful candidate will work alongside the existing team assisting customers, handling deliveries and orders, and supporting the day-to-day running of the business. The role will involve manual handling and fitting duties, including roof racks, cycle carriers, and trailer-related products.
