This role offers the opportunity to develop into a more specialised function over time.The RoleThe primary purpose of this role is to support the smooth running of our customer service and operations function. You will be responsible for processing quotations, raising purchase orders, managing deliveries, and maintaining accurate records.Key responsibilities include:Processing customer quotations and purchase ordersRaising purchase orders via Sage (or similar system)Managing delivery schedules and liaising with suppliersSetting up new product references on Sage and Excel (including list prices, costs, and customer discounts)Maintaining accurate documentation and internal recordsProviding excellent customer service to contractors, suppliers, and internal teamsThis is a varied role that requires accuracy, organisation, and strong communication skills.Skills and ExperienceEssential:Strong IT skills, including confident use of Microsoft OfficeExcellent Excel capability (formulas, data entry, accuracy)Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate professionally with customers and suppliersHigh attention to detailAbility to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasksGood written and ..... full job details .....
