About the role:On behalf of our client, we are recruiting for a Customer Success Manager, an essential member of their team to work either full-time or part-time. You will be responsible for building, nurturing, and managing long term client relationships, generating leads, and guiding prospective customers through their journey from product demonstrations through to the completion of the sales process.You''ll also be required to provide support to their clients throughout their customer life cycle - from onboarding through to end of subscription, offering consistent support and excellent customer service, handling their queries, providing assistance where necessary and sharing feedback with internal teams to support development.
