Customer Service AdvisorLove customer service and have a natural interest in tech?We are looking for a friendly, switched-on Customer Service Advisor to join a successful and well-established local business in Bishop''s Stortford.You do not need extensive technical support experience for this role. If you have good customer service experience, enjoy helping people and are naturally interested in technology, gadgets or figuring out how things work, we would love to hear from you.Full product and technical training will be provided.What will you be doing?Answering calls from customers and resellersListening to customers and helping identify and resolve initial product issuesLearning the product so you can provide the customer with assistance with any technical faultsArranging collections and deliveries when requiredAccurately updating customer and product informationWorking closely with the wider customer service, field sales and technical teamWhat are we looking for?You could already have experience in customer service, a contact centre, retail, mobile phones, electronics, technical products or a similar customer-facing environment.More importantly, you will be:Confident and friendly speaking to customers over the telephoneNaturally interested in technology and keen to learnPatient and good at asking the right questionsComfortable learning new systems and product informationAccurate with data entry and administrationA genuine team player with a good sense of humourReliable, ..... full job details .....
