Customer Services and Operations Analysts

On behalf of NatWest, we are looking for multiple Customer Services and Operations Analysts for a contract until June 2027 based either in Manchester or Edinburgh (remote working). NatWest is a major UK retail bank, providing every day banking services to over 17 million retail customers. The banks expertise and services span across Business Services, Corporate banking, Wealth Management, Group Functions, Retail and Investment Banking. Purpose of the role: As a Customer Services and Operations Analyst, you will provide operational support primarily focused on audit-related requests, reviewing customer accounts and processing third-party confirmations accurately and efficiently in line with defined SOPs and quality standards. You will also support wider Core Operations activities during quieter audit periods, contributing to a responsive and high-quality service for internal and external customers. What you''ll do: Process and manage audit-related requests, including standard and customer-specific requests, accurately and within agreed timelines.
