You''ll be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring every enquiry is handled professionally, efficiently and with genuine care.The RoleYou''ll be responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience across multiple channels, including telephone, email and live chat.Your responsibilities will include:Managing customer enquiries from initial contact through to resolution.Processing customer orders and supporting order fulfilment.Responding to telephone, email and live chat enquiries.Resolving customer complaints professionally and efficiently.Processing refunds, replacements and credits.Liaising with warehouse, production and finance teams to resolve customer issues.Tracking deliveries and logistics queries.Maintaining accurate customer records.Supporting continuous improvements to customer service processes.About YouWe''re ..... full job details .....
