The role: focuses on customer service and administration. You will handle incoming calls and pass them to the relevant department. You will complete data input, update internal spreadsheets and databases, and carry out general administrative tasks.The Ideal applicant will have: Proven background in a customer service or call centre environment.Strong customer handling skills.Proficiency in data entry and CRM management.
