Customer Services and Commercial Support
The role serves as a key link and valuable interface between the company, its customers, and supply chain partners, acting as the first point of contact for enquiries, orders, and account management. First and foremost, it is responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, accurate order and stock management, and efficient coordination with internal teams and third-party providers.
This role also requires the individual to support the Business Development Managers (BDMs) across sales development, lead generation, and commercial marketing activity. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to build a long-term career in the ingredients and chemicals sector.
They will be responsible for proactively managing current customer accounts, customer satisfaction and a focus on internal sales. The role helps drive engagement externally, identifying and converting new business opportunities, generating new and repeated sales by using own initiative and awareness of the various areas of the Company.
