This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong customer service and logistics experience to join a collaborative and fast-paced team.The RoleThe main purpose of this role is to deliver exceptional service to both internal and external customers within commercial guidelines. You will be responsible for processing customer orders, coordinating with key stakeholders, and ensuring smooth delivery of goods in line with agreed service levels.Key ResponsibilitiesAccurately process all customer orders using the company''s order management systemManage a variety of orders including domestic, European and exportMaintain clear and proactive communication with customers regarding order progress and delivery updatesWork closely with sales, production teams, and logistics providers to ensure timely and complete deliveriesCoordinate documentation to support order fulfilment and minimise business riskHandle customer complaints and service issues, ensuring a full resolution and feedback processMaintain and update customer records and databases to ensure accuracyEnsure all compliance documentation, including HMRC approvals, is correctly recordedLiaise with hauliers to arrange bookings and raise required paperworkProvide support across the wider customer service team where ..... full job details .....
