Central Services Advisor

At Complii we re hiring a Part Time Central Services Advisor to join our expanding team based at our office in Bicester.If you re a driven and motivated individual looking to develop their career within sales and business development this may be the perfect opportunity for you. Experience in business development sales and/or customer service is ideal but not essential, if you believe you have the skills and confidence to succeed, we want to hear from you.You will be responsible for cold calling companies and contacting businesses from our existing CRM database to build a strong pipeline of warm leads. A key part of your role will be arranging site surveys and meetings for our Business Development Managers, introducing the company by emailing information to prospective client contacts, and managing incoming website leads.You will work towards agreed weekly call and appointment targets while maintaining accurate and up-to-date records within our CRM system. In addition, you will support the wider sales team with administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This is a role that requires resilience, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.What you receive for joining us:We re offering an hourly rate of £15.00 per hour plus a performance bonus, with on-target earnings of around £28,500.
