Customer Service Team Leader£15.38-£16.41 p/hour (£30-32,000 p/annum) DOELocation: Cardiff (CF15) - free parking onsite / local transport links include easy bus and train stations for non-drivers.Working week is Monday to Friday.Hours are 9.00-5.15pm / 45 min lunch (37.5 hour working week).Working pattern: Tuesdays are office based for all staff, with everyone being allocated 1 set day a week WFH +1 extra Friday a month WFH for everyone.Are you available for immediate work, if so, we have an urgent need to fill a Team Leaders role for our financial services client in Cardiff.You''ll be responsible for pro-actively overseeing the activities of your team of 8, as well as being hands-on within their busy in-bound department.Ideally, you''ll have previous experience from a regulated industry - financial services, insurance, pensions.
