Customer Services Team LeaderNantwich £30,000 per annum Monday to Friday9 - 5 Monday to Friday Our client is seeking an experienced Customer Services Team Leader to join their team at their main office in Aston. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and organised individual to lead a busy customer services function within a fast-paced office environment.This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing a Customer Services team who act as the first point of contact for all external enquiries. The role involves managing high call volumes, processing customer orders, and liaising closely with multiple internal departments to ensure a smooth and efficient service.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and co-ordinate the Customer Services team to ensure efficient day-to-day operationsAllocate, prioritise, and manage team workloadsTrain, coach, and develop team membersManage holidays and absences to ensure adequate team coverImplement and improve procedures and systems to streamline operationsOperate the main office switchboard, managing a high volume of calls and screening cold callsTake orders from customers, agents, and third partiesInput, price, amend, and cancel orders using in-house systemsLiaise with internal departments and managementCarry out general administrative duties as requiredThe Ideal CandidateProven experience in a Customer Services or Helpdesk environment (essential)Previous supervisory or team leadership experienceA confident and decisive leader with strong ..... full job details .....
