At MSC UK, you''ll be part of a team where you can develop, grow, and make a real impact.How you will help us and what you can expectAccurate and timely processing of letters of indemnity, re-export bookings, change of destinations, Customer Service Audits and admin related tasks in line with agreed KPIs Manage own workload and communicating effectively with polite telephone manner to resolve queries Maintain information on internal systems such as OVA and the MyMSC platformContribute to team meetings/ discussions, to improve internal processes and the service being delivered to our customers Ensure a high level customer experience by providing timely and polite client assistance, in line with expected standards Build relationships with teams throughout MSCEnsure full recovery of all applicable costsAssist other team members on the Customer Services Support Team as and when requiredYou can expect to spend time with us, to learn about us, our customers, and our systems.
