Customer Service Representative

Customer Service Job Coventry to start ASAP Your new roleYou will be working within a busy customer service team ensuring a superior customer service is always provided, processing orders, monitoring deliveries, identifying the need for re-negotiation, ensuring that the product is dispatched to the customer on time, pro-active resolution of customer issues and building strong relationships with key stakeholders. The hours are Monday to Friday between 07:00 and 17:00. The two shifts are 07:00 to 15:45 and 08:15 to 17:00.
