Location: Hybrid in SouthamptonSalary: £26,000An exciting opportunity to join one of the UKs largest independent Insurance Brokers as Customer Service Representative. We are looking for someone who will support other colleagues in the team and work alongside clients ensuring high service levels are always delivered.Our Customer Service Representative are part of the first point of contact for all client and provider queries and issues as they arise and you will have the skills and knowledge to understand what actions are required to meet the expectations of all parties.What you will do as an Customer Service Representative:This is an overview and not an exhaustive list of responsibilities. Collaborating with your head of area you will develop your own objectives, focusing on the following and more:Provide office-based support for your assigned International Sales Consultant and the International team.Support the day to day running of the client portfolio, including all client and provider interactions.Setting up and supporting actions for policy renewals.Develop, maintain and cultivate a constructive and professional relationship with Sales Consultant, Clients and Insurers at all levels.Be the first point of contact for day-to-day administration from clients, providers and other internal and external sources.Independently respond to queries from both clients and insurers in a pro-active manner, meeting agreed SLAs and keeping all parties updated.Co-ordinate administration of ..... full job details .....
