Due to continued expansion, we are recruiting an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our well established client. 

Job Duties: 

• Talking with customers about their orders and keeping them updated.
• Working with production and transport teams to make sure everything stays on track.
• Entering orders, managing paperwork, and keeping things accurate and up to date.
• Spotting and solving problems before they become delays.
• Building great relationships with our customers and colleagues alike.

Requirements: 

• Someone with great communication and organisation skills.
• A team player who’s comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in customer service, manufacturing, or logistics would be a bonus.
• Confident using Microsoft Office and business systems.

Salary: £30,000 Per Annum. 

Working hours: Monday to Friday 8am - 4:30pm. 

This is a Full time, Permanent position.
