Location: Bradford, West Yorkshire
Salary: -23,000 - -25,000 per annum + Excellent Benefits
Working Hours: Rotating shifts Monday-Friday (08:30-16:45, 08:45-17:00, 09:15-17:30)

What You''ll Be Doing:
- Handling inbound calls from customers, dealerships, and technicians
- Managing claims efficiently and in line with policy
- Ensuring clear communication and accurate customer journey records
- Responding to enquiries across multiple channels
- Escalating complex issues appropriately
- Maintaining compliance with FCA, GDPR, and internal policies
What We''re Looking For:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- A positive attitude and adaptability to change

- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not essential
Training & Support:
- 4-week classroom-based training (no holidays during this period)
- Ongoing coaching and performance reviews
- Homeworking available after 12 weeks, subject to meeting key performance indicators
