Location: Bradford, West Yorkshire
Salary: -23,000 - -25,000 per annum + Excellent Benefits
Working Hours: Rotating shifts Monday-Friday (08:30-16:45, 08:45-17:00, 09:15-17:30)

What You''ll Be Doing:

• Handling inbound calls from customers, dealerships, and technicians
• Managing claims efficiently and in line with policy
• Ensuring clear communication and accurate customer journey records
• Responding to enquiries across multiple channels
• Escalating complex issues appropriately
• Maintaining compliance with FCA, GDPR, and internal policies

What We''re Looking For:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• A positive attitude and adaptability to change
• Alignment with our core values: Excellence, Integrity, Innovation, Responsibility, Inclusion, and Teamwork
• Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not essential

Training & Support:

• 4-week classroom-based training (no holidays during this period)
• Ongoing coaching and performance reviews
• Homeworking available after 12 weeks, subject to meeting key performance indicators
