Temporary Customer Services Officer - Supported HousingLocation: PlymouthHours: 23.75 per week Monday-Friday, 9:00am-1:15pmContract: Starting ASAP Until 31 July 2026We are looking for a professional and organised Customer Services Officer to provide temporary support within a Supported Housing service.This is a front-facing, office-based role focused on delivering excellent customer service and supporting the day-to-day running of housing operations.Key Duties:Act as the first point of contact for residents, visitors and enquiriesProvide reception and administrative supportLog and coordinate repairs and maintenance requestsMaintain records, databases and routine reportsSupport rent payments and basic financial administrationArrange bookings and assist with meeting administrationPromote safeguarding and maintain high service standardsAbout You:Strong customer service and communication skillsExperience in administration and accurate record keepingConfident using Microsoft Office and IT systemsAble to work independently and manage competing prioritiesUnderstanding of working with vulnerable people or complex needsDesirable:Housing or supported housing experienceAppointment will be subject to an enhanced DBS check. ..... full job details .....
