The Role This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Manager to lead and develop the Customer Service and Technical Support functions within a market-leading manufacturing business. This is a highly visible leadership role, responsible for managing and developing a customer-focused team while ensuring an exceptional experience across every stage of the customer journey. Working closely with Sales, Operations, Production, Logistics and Finance, you will play a key role in maximising quotation conversion, improving service performance and driving continuous improvement across the department.
