We''re looking for an experienced Customer Services Manager to lead our customer service team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, train, and support the customer service team.
• Set and monitor KPIs and team performance.
• Ensure customer satisfaction targets are consistently achieved.
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve escalated issues.
• Develop and maintain customer service procedures and processes.
• Manage team holidays and departmental resources.
• Keep customer service systems and processes up to date.

About You

• Previous experience in a customer service management or supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Customer-focused with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Organised, proactive, and able to motivate a team.
