The succesfull manager would be responsible for managing all day to day client interactions. You will oversee order management, KPI reporting, exception management, forecasting and management information reporting, while playing a key role in the implementation of new technologies including AI-based systems and advanced reporting tools. The Company is a well established Logistics business with a growing portfolio. Due to expansion in the customer support they are seeking an experienced team leader.What we are looking for Previous Customer Services or Customer Support experience within a B2B environment.Full UK Driving Licence.Management, Team Leader or Supervisory experience.Experience managing customer portfolios and client reviews.Experience within transport, logistics or supply chain environments is desirable Benefits Salary of up to £40kFlexible working hours within departmental coverage.
