Customer Service Executives - Hybrid

We are looking for a talented Customer Service Executive to join our growing company in the Customer Service Team. This job would suit someone with at least 6 months of post-graduate customer service experience, who enjoys providing excellent service to the customers with a smile and who is looking to build a long-term career in a customer service environment.Your job will be to liaise with customers and potential customers by live chat, telephone, and email to assist customers with their queries in relation to their orders and the company. Your job will involve a high level of multi-tasking with an element of urgency because of the volumes that can arise.Full training on our industry will be provided via an internal learning structure; however, we require someone committed to engaging in learning our industry as well as the products we provide, to ensure customers receive expert advice.This role includes shift working between 08:30 and 17:30, Monday to Friday, on a rota basis.Join a growing team in the heart of LondonLiaise with our customers on a daily basis via telephone, live chat and email.Provide exceptional levels of customer service, delivering a personalised, efficient and friendly service with the ability to take ownership of customer enquiries through to resolution.Train to become an expert in our industry.Aim to achieve and exceed customer service targets both individually and as a team.Be resilient to a constantly changing environment.Office Angels acts as an ..... full job details .....
