As a Quality Customer Service Executive, you will play a vital role in enhancing customer experience by: Handling customer queries via telephone and email with a friendly, professional touch.Logging and updating our complaints database to ensure all issues are tracked and resolved.Investigating complaints and conducting trend analysis to identify areas for improvement.Coordinating insurance and supplier credit claims efficiently.Supporting product recalls and withdrawals, ensuring compliance and safety.Completing supplier questionnaires and ensuring ..... full job details .....
