Our client is a food distribution business based in Hounslow seeking a dependable Customer Service Adviser to support our daily operations. This role is key in ensuring our customers receive excellent service, from handling enquiries to coordinating orders and deliveries. It suits someone who is organised, communicative, and committed to delivering a high standard of customer care. Pay: 13.75 per hour Key Responsibilities: Acting as the first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone and email Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently Liaising with the warehouse and delivery teams to ensure timely fulfilment Resolving customer queries and issues in a professional and timely manner Maintaining accurate customer records and updating internal systems Supporting general administrative tasks as required Ensuring clear and effective communication across teams and with customers at all times Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction About You: Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role preferred Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment A proactive and positive attitude with a problem-solving mindset Strong attention to detail and accuracy Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs and shift patterns Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Working Hours: 3 on / 3 off rotating shift pattern 8:00am - 8:00pm ..... full job details .....
