Location: South Manchester (Hybrid – 3 days in office, 2 remote)
Salary: £23,000 – £25,000 DOE + benefits

The Role
As a Customer Service Executive, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients, agencies, and contractors — ensuring they receive outstanding service every time. From resolving queries to supporting onboarding and system use, you’ll play a vital role in delivering a smooth and professional customer experience.
What you’ll be doing:

Responding to client and contractor queries by phone, email, and live chat

Supporting onboarding processes and system navigation

Building strong relationships to ensure positive customer experiences

Working with internal teams to resolve issues quickly and effectively

Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance across processes

Providing feedback to help improve processes, products, and service delivery
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:

Experienced in customer service, ideally within payroll, umbrella, recruitment, or a fast-paced office environment

An excellent communicator — clear, professional, and confident on phone and email

Strong on organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Proactive, approachable, and keen to learn new systems and processes

A real team player who enjoys solving problems and supporting clients
