Customer Service Executive 4 Days per Week Location: Fleet, Hampshire (Hybrid Options Available) Salary: £21,400 + benefits Contract: Fixed-term maternity cover, minimum 12 months Working Pattern: 4 days per week, 9:00am 5:00pm We are recruiting for a Customer Service Executive to join my client and provide exceptional support to intermediary partners. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong customer service and communication skills who enjoys solving problems, building relationships and providing technical guidance. Experience within the financial services sector would be advantageous. The Role You will be a key point of contact for brokers and intermediaries, handling telephone calls, emails and live chat enquiries. You will provide expert guidance on products, lending criteria and technical queries, while supporting the wider Sales team. Key responsibilities include: Responding to telephone, email and live chat enquiries from brokers and intermediaries. Providing technical guidance on my clients products and underwriting criteria. Supporting intermediaries with portal and IT-related queries. Maintaining the intermediary database and setting up new companies in line with internal processes. Liaising with Operations teams on pre- and post-sale queries. Keeping up to date with products, processes, procedures and competitor offerings.
