You''ll be responsible for resolving customer enquiries efficiently, handling complaints professionally, and ensuring every interaction reflects a high standard of service.Key ResponsibilitiesRespond to customer enquiries via multiple communication channels, delivering first-time resolutions wherever possible.Handle inbound customer calls in line with service level agreements and quality standards.Follow up with customers to ensure queries and issues are fully resolved.Investigate customer concerns and escalate where appropriate.Liaise with internal departments and third-party providers, including couriers, to resolve customer issues.Manage customer complaints through to a satisfactory resolution.Process customer payments and refunds while ..... full job details .....
