OverviewAs Customer Service Desk Coordinator and a member of the Customer Service Desk team, you will be the first point of contact for Trinity College London''s teachers, students, candidates, testing centres and partners. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping the customer experience, ensuring that every interaction is professional, timely and supportive. You''ll handle enquiries across multiple channels including our ticketing system, phone, email, live chat and social media - helping to resolve queries efficiently while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction. Your work will directly support learners, educators and partners around the world, making a real difference every day.

Responsibilities

Handle enquiries across multiple channels including our ticketing system, phone, email, live chat and social media, helping to resolve queries efficiently while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.

Assist customers in a professional and timely manner, supporting learners, educators and partners globally.

Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive, proactive approach and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications and Skills

Proven experience in customer service or contact centre environments.

A genuine passion for helping people and a customer-focused mindset.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency with IT systems, including ticketing tools.

Ability to prioritise tasks and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.

A positive, proactive approach and a collaborative team spirit.
