Customer Service Coordinator - Basingstoke - -14.35 per hour | 4-month temporary role | Immediate start Office-based Monday to Friday + occasional Saturdays (rota basis)

We''re recruiting for a Customer Service Coordinator to join a busy and supportive team in Basingstoke. This is a fantastic role for someone who is highly organised, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.
You''ll be at the heart of the operation, keeping schedules on track, supporting surveyors, and ensuring customers have a smooth and positive experience.
Duties include:
- Coordinating and booking appointments for a team of surveyors
- Planning and organising daily schedules based on location and travel routes
- Speaking with customers and colleagues to confirm bookings and manage changes
- Resolving scheduling issues quickly and efficiently
- Keeping systems updated and ensuring everything runs smoothly day-to-day
What we''re looking for:
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Good geographical knowledge and confidence planning routes
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a busy environment
- Previous admin, coordination, or customer service experience
