Customer Service Coordinator Join a leading supplier of ready-mixed concrete, independently operating six plants across Suffolk, Norfolk and Cambridgeshire. The Role Are you someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and isn''t afraid to pick up the phone? As a Customer Service Coordinator, you ll be the primary hub of day-to-day operations. This is a phone-led, high-volume role where no two days are the same. You will be managing inbound queries from customers who need concrete at short notice, keeping in constant contact with a fleet of drivers, and adapting schedules on the fly when plans change. If you enjoy a buzzing office, problem-solving on your feet, and maintaining a calm head under pressure, this role is for you. About You: Strong customer service experience Logistics, transport or dispatch experience preferred but NOT essential Confident handling high volumes of phone calls Calm, organised and able to make decisions under pressure Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment Knowledge of Suffolk, Norfolk and ..... full job details .....
