Customer Service Booking Administrator
We are hiring for a Customer Service Booking Administrator on behalf of a Logistics company.This role is full-time, offering a competitive salary and benefits package, fully office based, working hours of 8.30 am - 5.30 pm. This is an initial 12 month FTC.Main responsibility - Key account (one customer) rating, rate checking, and invoicingRating all jobs in screen making sure they have any ancillaries that are needed. Checking weekly RCNs for any queries. Checking wasted charges. Resolve any queries.Weekly invoicing making sure nothing outstanding. Review and send credits. Rate screen maintenance.Oversee mailbox. Secondary responsibility - CS / Bookings AdminMonitor mailbox and make sure everything is replied to / actioned in a timely manner.Participate in next day administration tasks in a timely manner - pin checking, call overs, chasing any missing info. Participate in all day-to-day administration activities including, actioning emails, speaking to customers, distributing emails to correct people.Assist with effective liaison, support and assistance between CS department and customers / rest of company. Participate in basic administration jobs such as answering telephone calls, data input and arranging meetings.Liaise with support teams to solve any IT or system issues that affect your team.Holiday cover as needed. Must have Driving license and own transport due to office location.Strong IT skills - knowledge in Microsoft Office and Excel.Be willing to learn new software. ..... full job details .....
