Customer Service Advisor

Our client in Welwyn Garden City is looking for a customer service advisor to join as part of a team of 5. Day to day duties include processing of customer orders, management of customer enquiries and resolution of delivery and service related issues. The role supports the sales team, ensuring the efficient management of customer accounts and contributing to the achievement of business objectives.

The role needs a strong communicator, who possesses good Microsoft Word and Excel skills and an upbeat, friendly and professional demeanour. As you are inputting orders, an excellent eye for details is required. A professional telephone manner and have a general want to resolve any customers queries.

Hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm with a 30 minute break

In return the company offer a salary of up to -28000pa
