Customer Service - Automotive Experience

Working hours - Monday - Friday - 9am-5pm
Salary ranges from -30,000 - -35,000

Some of the duties will include:

• First point of contact for vehicle related topics including breakdown, replacement and more
• Working between the customer and relevant garage to discuss work that should be carried out on the vehicle
• Dealing with breakdown providers and vehicle manufacturer after-sales customer service teams
• Liaising with different dealerships
• Working closely with internal teams
• Keeping product knowledge up to date
• Communicating with people of all levels professionally
• Working well within a team environment as well as independently

The suitable candidate:

• Previous experience within the automotive industry
• Strong communication skills on all levels
• Must be local to the Watford area as this will be office based for training
• Able to work well within a team environment
• Strong customer service ethic
• Ability to work on own initiative
