This is a varied role combining customer service, administration and internal sales, ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, spotting opportunities to up-sell and contributing to business growth. The RoleAct as the first point of contact for customer enquiries, providing a professional and responsive service.Process customer orders, prepare quotations and provide accurate pricing information.Proactively identify opportunities to up-sell products and generate additional sales.Build strong customer relationships, confidently engaging with customers to promote products and encourage repeat business.Handle delivery, invoice and customer queries, resolving issues efficiently.Maintain accurate customer records and update internal systems.Liaise with internal teams and external contacts to ensure orders are processed and delivered smoothly.Support the coordination of deliveries and work with suppliers to agree competitive rates where required.
