We''re looking for a proactive and organised Sales Coordinator to join a busy team. This is a varied role combining customer service, administration and internal sales, ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, spotting opportunities to up-sell and contributing to business growth.

The Role

• Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries, providing a professional and responsive service.
• Process customer orders, prepare quotations and provide accurate pricing information.
• Proactively identify opportunities to up-sell products and generate additional sales.
• Build strong customer relationships, confidently engaging with customers to promote products and encourage repeat business.
• Handle delivery, invoice and customer queries, resolving issues efficiently.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update internal systems.
• Liaise with internal teams and external contacts to ensure orders are processed and delivered smoothly.
• Support the coordination of deliveries and work with suppliers to agree competitive rates where required.

About You

• Previous experience in customer service, administration and/or internal sales.
• Confident communicating with customers and comfortable taking a proactive approach to sales.
• Able to identify up-selling opportunities and turn customer enquiries into sales.
• Strong organisational skills, with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Confident using IT systems and CRM platforms.
• A positive, solutions-focused approach, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Experience within manufacturing, construction or a related industry would be advantageous.
