As a Customer Service Sales Administrator, you ll be the first point of contact for the company s customers, delivering a professional and friendly experience at every stage of the journey, handling enquiries, processing orders, and resolving issues.You will be processing online orders from Amazon and Ebay etc and be comfortable responding to emails and webchat responses as needed.After learning product knowledge and confident in the administrative side, you will progress to supporting the sales function.
