This role requires a strong communicator who can engage effectively with clients and colleagues while maintaining a high standard of professionalism in all written and verbal interactions.Key Responsibilities: Raise and process stock adjustments accurately, ensuring inventory records remain up to dateMonitor and manage internal and customer service tickets, ensuring timely resolution and escalation where requiredProduce and distribute regular reports on customer service metrics, stock levels, and operational performanceCoordinate and track deliveries, liaising with suppliers, couriers, and internal teams to ensure on-time fulfilmentInvestigate and resolve delivery or stock discrepancies, providing clear updates to relevant stakeholdersMaintain documentation and audit trails for stock movements, adjustments, and delivery recordsSupport continuous improvement by identifying trends in customer queries, stock issues, and delivery delaysIf you are available and interested in this opportunity, please apply for further information.
