As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a Customer Service Executive to join our busy call centre team in Bulwell. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking with customers, thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering outstanding service. The Role As a Customer Service Executive, you will be the first point of contact for customers calling into the business. You will handle incoming enquiries, process orders, arrange same-day deliveries where required and ensure customers receive a professional and efficient service at all times. The role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to remain calm and organised during busy periods. Key Responsibilities Answer incoming customer calls in a professional and friendly manner. Process customer orders accurately and efficiently. Arrange and coordinate same-day delivery requests. Take card payments securely over the telephone. Provide customers with product availability and order updates. Resolve customer queries and escalate issues where necessary. Liaise with internal departments to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time. Maintain accurate customer records and order information.
