We''re recruiting for a Customer Service Agent to join a busy student accommodation team in Central Cambridge. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a friendly, fast-paced environment where you''ll play a key role in ensuring students and visitors receive an exceptional experience.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Provide a welcoming and professional front of house service to students, visitors and contractors.
• Act as the first point of contact for all student enquiries, both in person, over the phone and via email.
• Manage bookings, appointments and meeting room reservations accurately.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, resolving queries efficiently and escalating issues where appropriate.
• Support the day-to-day operation of reception, ensuring the area remains organised and presentable.
• Maintain accurate records and update internal systems with enquiries and bookings.
• Assist with general administrative duties to support the wider site team.
• Build positive relationships with residents, creating a welcoming and supportive environment.

About You

• Previous experience in customer service, reception or administration.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident using Microsoft Office and general computer systems.
• Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Friendly, approachable and professional with a positive attitude.
• Experience within student accommodation, hospitality, facilities management or a customer-facing environment is desirable but not essential.
