We are looking for someone with a solid customer service background, proven longevity in previous roles, and the confidence to take initiative in a growing business.The RoleYou will be one of the key points of contact for customers and retail partners, supporting enquiries across phone, email and live chat. As the company continues to grow, you will help build and improve customer service processes, ensuring a high standard of care and professionalism at all times.In a small but expanding team, everyone supports each other - so you must be comfortable stepping outside of strict job descriptions and helping where needed.Key ResponsibilitiesRespond professionally and confidently to customer enquiries across multiple channelsResolve queries efficiently and with a solutions-focused approachProcess returns, replacements and warranty claimsLiaise with warehouse and logistics teams regarding deliveries and stockSupport B2B and trade partner enquiriesMaintain accurate CRM recordsProvide feedback to improve processes and customer ..... full job details .....
